Ordering Changes
Until further notice - the cart functionality on my website has been disabled, and all orders are being taken manually via email. This is due to a number of unexpected backend changes that mean the shipping rates configured on the site are no longer correct - so I have needed to turn the cart off. Some have gone up, some have gone down, but it takes a considerable length of time to accurately analyse where the changes are for every possible combination of fabric, quantity, weight, location, etc and then recode everything to make them work. There is only one of me! :)
I have managed to work it so that the site now operates as a visual catalogue - so you can still browse through the design range, and view all of the examples. Still look at all the different layouts, images, text options. Still use the Name Builder to visualise how your "Name" will turn out.
The only change is that you will need to email through your order to to info@shelleymade.com to start the process, and you will be manually invoiced. Just provide the details you see on the website in your email (eg layout name/image/text style, and the personalisation details it asks you for including colour choices). The rest of the process remains the same - you will still receive design proofs via email, etc. You just can no longer checkout through the site.
