What is the difference between a reprint and a custom design?

A reprint is used to order a design with no changes - for example a design you have already ordered through a prior order, or a copy of one of the samples on the website.  You cannot make any changes to the name or colors on a reprint.  For all other orders, select the custom design option and enter your name, colours and any other required personalization options.
