In order for your order to be processed as quickly as possible at this busy time of year, you will need to keep an eye on the email address you provide at checkout. When you submit your order, you will immediately receive an automated order confirmation email from us. If you do not receive that email - please check your Junk Mail and add us to your Safe Senders list so that your design proofs can safely arrive to you. If you have not received proofs or a personal message from us within 12 hours of submitting your order, then please email us on info@shelleymade.com or private message us via our Facebook page as it is most likely we have contacted you and are waiting on your response.
We do not print any fabrics without you having approved your designs first. We therefore reserve the right to cancel any order where we cannot get hold of you, and if you need to resubmit an order after the offer expires, the discounts cannot be reapplied.
Only one discount code can be entered at checkout at any one time - so use of this code will override any other discount codes such as the Buy 4 Pay for 2 offer.
